Hi, I’m Kat — Founder of BODA Event Management and the person you call when you want your wedding to feel beautifully organised without turning it into a full-time admin job.
I started out in a wedding venue in France, then catering, which taught me two essential things: good food matters, and even the fanciest celebrations run best when someone quietly keeps everything flowing. Now I bring that same “sorted, but make it stylish” approach to Scotland — minus the French sunshine, unfortunately.

Timelines, logistics, suppliers, plans A–F (because weddings love surprises), and keeping the whole day moving so you can enjoy yourself without checking your watch, your phone, or your blood pressure.
My style is simple:
Calm. Practical. A wee bit sarcastic. Always on your side.
You get to relax, float around looking fabulous, and enjoy the moments you’ve been looking forward to.
I deal with the details, the decisions, and the people who wander off right before photos.

With years of experience in professional kitchens and a flair for combining classic techniques with fresh, exciting ideas, he understands how to turn a menu into a memorable part of your celebration.Richard’s role goes beyond the kitchen — he can work closely with clients to help design menus that reflect their tastes, themes, and vision, even when they’re working with their own chosen caterer.
